Glaucoma is a group of conditions characterized by Increased Intraocular pressure with progressive deterioration of peripheral eyesight ultimately affecting the central vision, headache, eye pain, haloes etc. Predisposing conditions are positive family history, Hypertension,  Diabetes, Myopia, eye injuries,  certain oral and topical medicine etc. Treatment involves oral and topical medicines followed by surgical procedures- Trabeculectomy for uncontrolled cases.

External Eye conditions like Allergies, Diseases of lid, Conjunctiva and Cornea are treated with oral and topical medication and surgery where required.
